Build a Craftsman Cape featuring an entrance porch leading to a front foyer. The foyer provides accessed to an open kitchen/dining/living room accented with wood beams. A multi windowed nook will provide for casual dining. More storage will be available in the pantry. At the garage entry door, a mudroom will be a convenient drop zone for all the family’s coats and shoes.

The first floor will also feature a playroom and a guest bath.

A “u” shaped staircase will provide access to the second floor living space including three bedrooms, an office and two full baths. Your cars will be housed in an oversized two car garage.
