WBA's Newest Subdivision Aplin Hill.
Woodstock's newest neighborhood and its first Green neighborhood is ready for you to select a homesite.  Aplin Hill is a neighborhood of 10 homesites located on 30 acres of wooded land in the historic village of West Woodstock. This is the first neighborhood in Woodstock to utilize rain gardens, a low impact development method. The rain gardens collect and purify the storm water runoff before it is returned ro the watershed.  WBA continues its commitment to Green Building and environmental stewardship.
