WBA's Newest Subdivision Aplin Hill.
Woodstock's newest neighborhood and its first Green neighborhood is taking shape. The road work has been completed and WBA is putting the finishing touches on the drainage system. This will be the first neighborhood in Woodstock to utilize rain gardens, a low impact development method. The rain gardens will collect and purify the storm water runoff. WBA continues its commitment to Green Building and environmental stewardship. All the homes in the community will also meet the Energy Crafted Home Standards.

The first house at Aplin Hill is now complete and occupied. Please take the time to drive through Woodstock's newest neighborhood. Enjoy the fall colors as Aplin Hill Lane curves through the wooded open space and raises up the hill to the nine remaining homesites.
